Jeff Dix is native to the western suburbs of Chicagoland and is in Los Angeles on loan.  He can frequently be observed on the West Side of Los Angeles, in the Brentwood and Westwood areas of the city.  Jeff Dix has a healthy fear of drowning and should always be watched carefully when he is near large bodies of water.
